SOLD OUT - No longer available The Castel XSM52BS model is a 19" (48cm) self-propelled mulching mower powered by the powerful B&S 625 series OHV engine. Mulching mowers are both time-saving and more environmentally friendly as clippings are cut into small fragments and then are injected back into the lawn (see diagram below) saving on emptying a grass collector whilst simultaneously feeding your lawn.
This mulching mower is designed for medium to larger sized lawns (1/4 to 1/2 an acre). The XSM 52 BS features 210mm dryflex wheels with ball bearings for handling uneven terrain and 3 lever cutting height adjustment offers 5 positions between 31-75mm. The single speed forward drive, powered by the Prime 'N Pull™ Easy Starting 190cc Briggs & stratton 625 series engine combined with a durable hammered steel deck should ensure many years of trouble-free service.
