The Makita DCS500-45 a professional 50cc 2 stroke chainsaw fitted with the new Easyt Starting system, requiring far less operator effort to crank the machine for starting. Ideal for general forestry operations, pruning, tree surgery, limbing and construction works. Uses 3/8th professional chain. Fitted with inertia chain brake for total operator safety, locks the chain in an instant should the saw "kick Back" when in use. External electronic ignition aids starting and maintains smooth running when idle and in full use.
