Shipping and Handling are included in the price shown unless otherwise stated in the product description. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. Goods should be REFUSED if they are obviously seriously damaged in transit. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.

Most items are kept in stock, and therefore we aim to deliver your order right away. You should normally expect to receive your order well within 5 business days - however it may take longer if items are out of stock. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Deliveries are normally 9-5pm but alternative arrangements can be made, please call for details.
