The Cobra CHIP1500LE petrol chipper comes equipped with a
unique hinged chute. The unique hinged design of the chute allows easy access to the blades.
The Cobra CHIP1500LEr is designed to be easy to move around. The intake hopper is fitted with handles allowing you to tilt the chipper back on its large pneumatic tyres and push the machine around your garden with relative ease. This model is also fitted with a handy tow bar further easing movment around your property. (Not for road tow)
The intake hoppers are large and allow the feeding of “wonky branches” into the chipper with minimal pre-cutting. As with all chippers you will get the odd blockage. The intake hopper in hinged, so with the removal of 2 nuts you can hinge the hopper open quickly and easily aiding the clearing of blockages. The Cobra CHIP1500LE also features the 360deg swivel chute on the outlet allowing you to a direct the chippings where you need them.
The Cobra CHIP1500LE Wood chipper shredder is fitted with a powerful and reliable Loncin 420cc electric start 4 stoke overhead valve engine. You will find this engine easy to start and very reliable and with 15 HP its more than powerful enough to get the job done.
The CHIP1500LE is built around the heavy steel flywheel, this design allow you to chip branches and process leafy material into multch, all fed through the main in feed hopper. The machine has 2 blades and counter knife. When the blades are worn out they can be rotated for further use.
