Packed full of superior features, the compact Mistral is no ordinary garden tractor. Powered by a reliable Emak K1250 AVD 413cc Series engine, the Mistral features a 71cm (28") width of cut. Cutting height is easily adjusted through seven positions between 3 - 8cm with a lever on the operator's left-hand side. The spring-loaded shock absorber system reduces the load that the user has to transfer to the deck when lifting it to adjust the cutting height.
The Oleo-Mac features a highly flexible cutting system which includes mulching (optional kit required), collection and side discharge (Optional) with optional deflector for rear discharge. The 180 liter grass bag is equipped with an audible buzzer and warning light to indicate when the bag is full and needs emptying. Practical handles help to quickly and accurately reposition the bag on the machine frame, whilst the telescopic bag emptying lever, positioned within easy reach of the driver's seat, enables the user to tip and empty the bag without exerting any muscular effort or twisting the torso.

Mulching
Mulching grass is a great feature as it saves so much time and can be more than 30% quicker as there is no stopping work to drive to the tip to empty clippings, which also results in a significant fuel saving. Mulching the grass allows the clippings to be recycled, improving the soil as they decompose forming a natural fertiliser high in potash and nitrogen. You will notice a marked improvement in your grass as this fertiliser takes effect over the course of the cutting season. You may well ask “Will I see the mulched grass?” and the answer is “No!” Mulched clippings are blown down into the turf and are not noticeable provided the grass is cut regularly and not on the lowest setting.
