Orec Rabbit RMK151 Ride-On Brushcutter with retractable wing The Orec RMK151 ride on brush cutter is truly a beast of a machine – making easy work of clearing tough brush. The RMK151 is equipped with a movable inter-row wing appendage, which allows you to mow grass around obstacles and trees, or between rows of vines or orchards.

Taking advantage of its oversized cutting capacity, it can also be used to cut grass under solar panels, under tree branches or in any other working conditions difficult to achieve by traditional machines. Even around fence posts, depending on the fence post type you have.

RMK151 has high performance in terms of production, it is designed to cut thicker and faster, in order to optimize the time spent on mowing. The welded tubular chassis in the Orec Rabbit RMK151 provides extra strength, backed up by the heavy duty steel cutting deck. The practicality of the RMK151 model is highly appreciated by its owners: the cutting unit of the main unit includes a rotary knife (1300 rpm) with swinging ends that retract when hitting a solid obstacle. In addition, the side arm cutting system (flexible, foldable and rotatable - equipped with a protective, horizontal foam wheel effectively protects plants against possible damage during mowing), which consists of a head with fixed knives and a head with replaceable strings. This is used for mowing grass and weeds in the lower part of the stem.

What makes the Brush Rover different from other riding lawn mowers?

Many professionals attempt to cut brush using an ordinary riding lawn mower. As they quickly learn, these riding lawn mowers are not designed for rough use. As a consequence for taking on hearty brush and thick, tall grass, ordinary mowers easily receive belt brakes and damage to its spindle. Our engineers know how tough brush cutting can be on outdoor power equipment, and have therefore added extra reinforcement and minimize damage to our riding brush mower through innovation in its design. In addition, the Brush Rover’s low center of gravity and locking differential feature makes this riding brush mower easy to operate, even when tackling slopes.

Thanks to its rack-and-pinion steering system and steering-wheel ball, the Orec Rabbit RM88 is effortlessly manoeuvrable and as such will come into its own on obstacle-packed terrain like that found in forests and orchards.
